Workspace admins in mockforme can customize and manage key details related to their workspace. These settings help enforce branding, streamline user onboarding, and define team access rules.
What Can You Customize?
From the Edit Workspace page, admins can:
- Upload a Workspace Logo
- Add a Workspace Description
- Set an Email Suffix for auto-inviting users
Email Suffix — Auto-Join via Domain
You can automatically add users to your workspace based on their email domain.
How it works:
- Define an email suffix like
@yourdomain.com - Any user who signs up with an email like
john@yourdomain.comwill be automatically added to the workspace
This is perfect for organizations that want seamless team onboarding.

How to Access Workspace Settings
Click the "Manage" link in the top header to open the Edit Workspace page.
